Range Split Spectrum *** frequency shift

Hello, everyone
I'm studying split spectrum correction ionosphere phase.
There is a critical step I didn't understand, how to center the subband SLC frequency after bpf program ?
What operations have been performed?
Is it an operation like SLC = SLC * exp(-i * 2 * PI * freshift * SlantRange(k) / c) ?

Hello,
A phase ramp is applied using the ISP program SLC_freq_shift.
This program shifts the radar data carrier frequency and updates the SLC carrier
frequency parameter in the SLC parameter file. This frequency shift is applied
after band-pass filtering so that the carrier frequency is in the center of the
passband.
Two interferograms are produced, one with the lower carrier frequency and one
with the higher carrier frequency.
