How to overlay time series deformation rate in google earth

Dear Gamma users,

I want to overlay pdisp_ts_A on google earth and find out deformation rate at some points with the similar functionality like vu_disp program. Is there any script or program available for doing that?

Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.
